Provided consultancy & resources in the setting up Mini Karten Centres comprising of several laptops/Desktops per site with wireless network access to the Internet in Spinal Units all over the UK (Wales, Ireland, Stoke, Sheffield, Salisbury etc)

HAFAD (Hammersmith & Fulham Action On Disability)   
 A London based charity working with people living with disabilities. We were awarded the contract to design and implement client server network infrastructure and provide ongoing support. We delivered a full system Audit, project planning and execution. Configuration and Installation. Implemented Wireless Networking Infrastructure to cover the whole site. Ongoing Disaster Recovery advice and planning. Carrying out monthly health checks and address any other ad-hoc IT issues that may arise.

Ealing Centre For Independent Living
A champion for the rights of the disabled in Ealing; they operate over 2 sites We were commissioned to review the current collaboration infrastructure between both sites to maximise the current resources while ensuring that information was centrally shared between both sites in real time.Implemented a VPN between both sites and delivered data and applications via a Terminal services server to the remote site from the main site and moved mail hosting inhouse.

Hammersmith & Fulham Mind
One of the biggest and busiest Mind organisations in London, running a disparate number of systems across over 3 sites(Impact, Irving Road Residential Project & the Hammersmith HQ) in the process of consolidating their system which include Windows 2000 server, Windows XP Macs , Windows Vista etc. We were commissioned to carry a feasibility and costing study for an imminent move to new premises and the resulting system consolidation that can be achieved as a result. Delivered recommendations and associated costs. We were also involved in networking 2 remote sites and implementing backup strategies thereby achieving better collaboration and performance efficiencies, while reducing single points of failure.
